Keg Tapping and icing instructions

Your Keg is leaving Speras at 35 degrees. In order for the beer to pour properly you must maintain 33-38 degrees by icing or putting in a refrigerated unit or cooler. Ice will need to be completely around keg by placing it in some type of tub or clean trash can. Re ice when melting occurs otherwise the temperature will rise and cause foaming while pouring. We do not offer any refunds on beer that becomes foamy. If the keg rises above 40 and you re ice it this could take a few hours to get it back to the proper pouring temperature. Also only pump the tap when beer is pouring slow or stops. Pumping too much air in the keg could also cause excessive foaming.    Speras
